The autobiographical photographs in this scroll gallery begin in 1972 when Matuschka was still in high school and experimenting in the dark room. Many of these images are toned, printed on Gelatin Silver Paper, as C prints, or archival Iris Prints and manipulated by the artist. Photos in this gallery have been reprinted as postcards, posters, and have are included in a wide variety of international publications, catalogues, covers of magazines, exhibited in Museums, collected both publicly and privately and received numerous awards.
